Every quad is inspected, described and photographed before shipping. Because of this, we accept returns only if the quad is not as described. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and contact us on WhatsApp first for a return reference.
You can return a new, uninstalled part in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. You pay return shipping unless we sent the wrong part or it arrived damaged.
Engine components, CDI boxes, stators, ECUs and performance parts cannot be returned once installed, run or modified. Please let us confirm fit first. Faulty parts are covered by the supplier or manufacturer warranty and we help you with the claim.
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and items (an unboxing video helps). We open a carrier claim and, once confirmed, replace the item or refund you.
If tracking shows a parcel as lost, we investigate with the carrier and then replace or refund.
If a parcel is refused or abandoned because duties or taxes were not paid, it may be returned to us. We refund the item price less the shipping and return costs we incurred.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
An order is confirmed only after we reply on WhatsApp with stock, the final total and the shipping cost, and you agree. We ask for payment only after that. Prices on the site are shown in US dollars; Prices on this site are standard US prices in US dollars. Because exact parts depend on model, year and version, and stock changes, we confirm availability and the final price on WhatsApp before you pay. If we find a price or listing error, we tell you and you can proceed at the correct price or cancel at no cost. Pickup orders are held for a reasonable time that we agree with you.
What we collect. The details you type into our order, quote and contact forms: your name, WhatsApp number, email, delivery address, country and notes. They reach us through WhatsApp (sent by you) and, if enabled, as an email copy of your order.
How we use it. To confirm and fulfil your order, arrange payment and delivery, answer your questions and handle returns. We share your name, address and phone number with the delivery carrier so your parcel reaches you. We do not sell your personal data.
On your device. Your browser stores your cart and your chosen currency on your device so they are remembered. You can clear them in your browser settings.
Third-party services. This site uses WhatsApp to send orders, Google Fonts for typefaces and Google Maps to show our locations. These services have their own privacy policies.
Your choices. Message us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep for accounting and law.
